Flattening the Curve: Tell it how it is
有些藝術家就是懂得很多，心中有無盡事物與人分享。
大部分人只懂得一點，而且只有一個故事可說，但考驗就在：怎樣向大家說好這故事。
無論我們是哪種人，都必須在乎，滿懷熱情地將所有想法、情緒、空間和故事傳達出去。
我覺得我和王家衛合作過的電影，其實都是同一主題的變奏。我們尋找良久，這主題終於在《花樣年華》中展現出最真實純粹的面貌。
那，現在和往後，我們的「花樣年華」會怎樣？
最重要是…我們領悟到 …大家都不是孤單一人…生命歷程的意義是要我們學懂如何在當今逆境下自強不息。人類命運全繫於我們如何面對身處的歷史洪流。
Some artists just know so much, they have endless stuff to share.
Most of us know a little and only have one story to tell, but how best to share it is the challenge.
Either way, we have to care, and have passion to get the ideas, the moods, the spaces, the stories across.
I feel that the films I’ve made with Wong Kar Wai are in fact variations on the same theme, a theme that finally found its truest, purist form it had been looking for so long in the In the Mood for Love.
What is our " Mood for Love " then and now?
It’s a need ...it’s a realisation that we are ... but shouldn't feel alone ...the whole point of the journey of life is to address challenges like those we are facing now ... and all humanity has had to deal with all our history in all our lives.
